I've just found the Windsor site, and what a great site too! The great name of Windsor lives on as both Kent and Queens school amalgamated (late 1980's or early 1990's) on the Queens site on JHG Rheindahlen and was renamed Windsor.
If anyone remembers me, please e- mail.

I have only just found the site and wonder if anyone remembers me. I was in Caernarvon House between
71-73 and had a break for a few years, going to Kings School in Gutersloh before seeing the light and returning to Hillsborough House between 75-78. My brother David was also in Hillsborough between 75-77.

We at last get onto the internet and low and behold, I find what I am looking for, does any one out there remember me. I remember Claire and Anne, Lyn and Paul Reader, who I still see sometime. Andrew Mugatrod, ( sorry if you are out there and I got the surname wrong, but I knew you mainly as Dicky) Angie, his sister. Big Jim Mcgee. Lyn and Jackie.
Well there was only about 80 of us in the whole school at the time, funny how it seemed much more, well hope someone gets in touch.
Oh by the way if anyone wants to say hi to Simon, my brother, I can pass a message on, he is in Hong Kong, and has just changed his email, again. Sorry about the lack of surnames, some may remember red pens, and circles in English, and I am still as bad.

Hello, what memories this brings back. Warm apfelcorn smuggled into the socials, smoking in the dorms, 60 mattress turns in the dead of the night given by some poor teacher who wanted to rest and couldn't for us messing around, blue eyeshadow and that clear cherry flavoured lipgloss we all used to use, not to mention the hike in the early hours to the boys school! Brilliant, day school kids don't know what they're missing.
You might remember my brothers as well who were in Edinburgh, Peter, Robert and finally Steven, we'd all gone by 79.
We would love to hear any news on Mike Boot who joined the navy. Also Nicky Leggett. Also from Scotland, the Whitefields, Jean, Billy, Dougle, I was best friends with Margaret, she never got to Windsor but if anyone knows any of her family we could get in touch again.
I'm married to Ian Gray who has also posted a note here, we're both hoping to get to the reunion, so if you remember us get in touch.

There's only a month before the Millennium Reunion so I thought I'd let you know that we're rapidly approaching the biggest and best Windsor Society get together yet.
With four weeks to go, the number of members who have booked to date far exceeds previous reunions and we're expecting between 800-1000 people will be at Newbury on 24 June.
As at previous reunions, admission is by
pre-booked ticket only but it's not too late to book.
If you'd like to meet your old school friends but you're not yet a member of the society, you can still attend at a price that includes a year's membership - provided you attended one of the Windsor Schools of course.
E-mail me for details or write to the Windsor Society PO Box 111, Winchester, Hants, SO21 2SE
